"Having a good art opening does not just happen. Rather, it needs to be created. The ingredients include: 1.) a good selection of artists; 2.) a good location; 3.) plenty of promotion. Two Horses Galleries provided the second ingredient. It is warm and comfortable for viewers to spend time there to look and appreciate the art. It is well lighted, with more than adequate hanging space. For my show, Six Shooters, there was room for each of the six artists to hang in the rooms, as well as the two hallways (also well-lighted). One photographer chose to display her work on easels rather than hang. The promotion and leg work resulted in well over 200 visitors at the opening, and many more since then. Several images sold."
